2. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

GigHub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Data Access and Usage: When you connect your Google Account, we request access to your Google Calendar data. We use this access solely to synchronize your schedule and events within GigHub, allowing you to view and manage your calendar directly within our application.
  • Data Storage: We store only the necessary calendar event data required to provide our scheduling services. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect this data.
  • No Data Selling or Sharing for Advertising: We do not sell your Google user data to third parties, nor do we use or share this data for serving personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertisements.
  • Limited Use: Our application strictly limits the use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our application for a variety of business purposes described below:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.

  • To deliver services to the user, including scheduling and team management.
